Hi everyone.  Just wanted to mention that we’ve started the Kitchenary here at Culinary Tips.  It’ll be our running glossary/dictionary with kitchen terms and slang.  Not sure what ‘on the fly‘ means, or what ‘eighty-sixing‘ something is?  Well now you can find out inside the cook’s dictionary.
