- 3 oz. chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine sugar, almond butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt with a hand mixer. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Place 1 tablespoon balls of the mixture on a piece of parchment paper that is placed on a baking pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and seal in an airtight container to keep moist.
