Almond Butter Cookies

Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 20-24 

Cookies with no flour? Give them a try, you won?t be disappointed.


  • 3 oz. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine sugar, almond butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt with a hand mixer. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon balls of the mixture on a piece of parchment paper that is placed on a baking pan.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes and seal in an airtight container to keep moist.
