CulinaryTips.net was started in 2008 by two cooks working in British Columbia, Canada.  Chris works as a high volume production cook, and Victoria as a pastry chef.  Working in a kitchen often means long, odd hours, and not a lot of free time.  Thus, Culinary Tips isn’t updated as much as either of us would like.
