There is never anything like homemade guacamole, the store bought ones just don?t do it justice. Especially when this alternative is a lot less expensive. Make it once, and you will find yourself making this at least once a week.


  • 2 ripe avocados pitted
  • 1/2 tomato diced
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 lemon



  1. Place avocados in a bowl and mash with fork or potato masher.
  2. Add diced tomato as well as minced onion and garlic.
  3. Mix ingredients and top with lemon. Let the guacamole sit in fridge for a few hours in a closed container to let flavors blend.
