Time: 15 minutes
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional toppings: sliced banana, dried fruit, almond slices, chopped nuts, coconut
- Line a muffin tray with cupcake wrappers or grease with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Place the oats and water in a medium pot and cook according to oat directions. Stir in the cinnamon and syrup. Add the desired toppings.
- Spoon into the prepared tray and place in the freezer. Once frozen, remove from muffin tray and place frozen oat cups in a freezer bag.
